Would I need a Medical Marijuana Recommendation?
Yes, by state law we are required to see the original copy of your doctor’s recommendation and a valid government ID. Your recommendation will be verified before you can join.
My dog ate my original doctor’s recommendation and I only have a picture, would this be acceptable?
Absolutely unacceptable, we strictly comply with all state laws regarding medical marijuana and are required to only accept original doctor recommendations.
Is there a minimum for delivery?
Yes, we have a 2 gram minimum for delivery within our service area. There will be a $5 delivery fee for any order under $50. Outside of our general area please contact our office.
What areas do you service?
Good question! Our primary service areas are Ontario, Montclair, Chino, Chino Hills, Pomona, Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga, and La Verne. If you are not within these city limits, please contact our office for special arrangements.

Can I have a friend or family member receive my order if I am not available?
Unfortunately, the answer is no, Sorry but only members of Nature Made Wellness Center can receive their order upon delivery.
